Core Purpose of the Role:
- The incumbent will be supporting the head of FP&A and country CFO in various management reporting including the company’s forecast, annual budgeting process and actual financial analysis to act as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support business decision making for senior management
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage in country forecast/budget/actual submissions and assist in reporting to headquarters, country CFO and senior management
- Analyze on monthly, quarterly and annual P&L reports (FGEN) and provide solid commentary, including the variance to budget, prior and forecast
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Support FP&A head, country CFO and senior management team with in-depth financial analysis
- Identify enhancements or improvements to process with a goal of reducing cycle time and improving quality
- Provide efforts in FP&A’s management reporting processes in a proactive manner
- Develop ad-hoc financial analysis for management and/or the business, as needed
- Lead ad hoc projects with key stakeholders in region and headquarters |

Key Capabilities:
- Excellent financial analytic skills on production of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting that measure financial performance
- Being able to spearhead ad-hoc projects involving key stakeholders in region and headquarters
- At least 7 years of solid experience in the financial field (preferably in the insurance business)
- Excellent communication skills both in English and local language (Preferred) |
